Cedar & Salt – Formerly Sauna at Q Station Manly

Cedar & Salt first introduced its wood-fired Nordic sauna experience at Q Station Manly in 2024, welcoming thousands of locals and visitors to the ritual of traditional Finnish heat and ocean immersion on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

In subsequent seasons, the experience also operated under the name Sauna at Q, continuing the same philosophy of authentic, nature-connected sauna culture.

After multiple successful winters and more than 7,000 guests, Cedar & Salt has now relocated to Manly Wharf & Barangaroo, where we continue to offer Sydney’s original seaside wood-fired sauna experience.

Our Seasons at Q Station Manly

Operating at Q Station helped establish one of Sydney’s first authentic mobile, wood-fired Finnish sauna experiences by the ocean.

Whether you joined us as Cedar & Salt or Sauna at Q, the experience remained rooted in:
