Please use the bookings link through our website to see what dates / times are available.

Cedar & Salt is all about keeping sauna wild. We are open to any events in open space that you have permission to use. Best to seek approval from the owner of the land or space prior to booking .

Please seek advice from your doctor if you have underlying health conditions or pregnant before use.
Children under 16 require parental guidance.
All persons using the sauna, do so at their own risk and are required to sign the liability waiver before use as a condition of entry.
There is a zero alcohol & drug limit policy in the sauna. The operators reserve the right to deny access if you are showing signs of intoxication.
Listen to your body, if you are feeling faint please exit and take a rest. Drink lots of water (Pre, During & After)

We recommend starting with a cold ocean , river or ice bath dip if the location permits.
Followed by a 15 - 20 minute sauna session.Take a rest.
Repeat with another 15-20 minute sauna session.
We recommend finishing on cold and letting your body warm up naturally.
We follow the Søeberg Principle

We have limited storage space so bring only the bare essentials.

Towel
Lots of drinking water
2 Towels (One for sitting on and the other for drying yourself with)

We are a traditional Finnish sauna. Bathers can work the 'löyly' (the steam that rises from the sauna stove) to their desired level.
Drizzle dont Pour!
Pouring water onto the rocks will make the sauna feel hotter momentarily. Excessive water cools down the rocks.
If you would like it hotter ask one of the Cedar & Salt staff.

We have small cubby holes out the front of the sauna to place your belongings and shoes in. Cedar & Salt are not responsible for minding personal items and you do so at your own risk.
Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
More than 12 hours before your session: You’ll receive a Credit returned to your account. If you wish to receive a refund, please email us.
8–12 hours before your session: We’ll give you a credit to use at another time.
Within 8 hours of your session: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or credit, as it’s too close for us to fill the spot.
Please Note: Cancellations must be made via your online profile at www.cedarandsalt.au/login to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone. If you have problems trying to login to your account please email us at rob@loyly.com,au
