  • Q Station | Manly, NSW

The sauna returns to Q Station for Winter 2025, and there’s no better setting for our traditional wood-fired Finnish sauna. Perched on the edge of Sydney Harbour, this world-class location offers unbeatable views and a truly immersive cold-weather wellness experience.

Join us for wood-fired sauna sessions and invigorating winter swims, followed by iconic jumps off the wharf—an experience like no other. With harbour temperatures dropping to around 15°C, it’s the perfect contrast to the soothing heat of the sauna.

The sauna is open Wednesday to Sunday, from sunrise to sunset.
Private bookings available Monday, Tuesday, and by request throughout the week.

    Barangaroo | Sydney, NSW

Our New Sauna Has Landed at Barangaroo for the Month of August
We’re thrilled to launch our newest sauna at Marrinawi Cove a hidden gem tucked into the northeast corner of Barangaroo Reserve. Once a traditional fishing and swimming spot for the Gadigal people, this protected cove is now one of Sydney’s most unique inner-city swim locations, surrounded by native flora and just steps from the Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, and Walsh Bay.

And there’s no better place for a traditional wood-fired Finnish sauna. Perched right on the edge of Sydney Harbour, our sauna offers sweeping views and a deeply restorative wellness experience in the heart of the city.

Join us for fiery hot sauna sessions followed by refreshing cold plunges in the harbour (sitting at a brisk 15°C this winter). Whether you're here to reset, recharge, or connect, it’s an experience like no other.

Open 7 days a week from 7am till late
Book a private session for you and your crew, or join a communal session to meet fellow sauna lovers.

    Be quick—this is a one-month-only pop-up!
We’re here from August 1st to 31st, so don’t miss your chance to experience sauna by the sea in one of Sydney’s most iconic harbourside spots.
