Sydney is Getting a Pop-Up Sauna by the Sea Next Week
If you’re in need of a little TLC then look no further than Sydney’s very own seaside sauna, a pop-up promising an escape from the city grind like no other.
Starting next week, Manly’s Wharf Precinct will be host to a traditional Finnish sauna, bringing a touch of Nordic charm to Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Running from the early hours until dusk on weekdays, and from sunrise to sunset on the weekend, the Cedar and Salt sauna will welcome up to ten people per session. Each session lasts a blissful 45 minutes, the perfect amount of time to soak up warmth and serenity while listening to the sound of waves lapping against the shore.
Whether you pop in for a lunchtime break, head out for a sunrise session or wind down during a sunset reset, don’t miss your chance to lap up a big dose of relaxation and rejuvenation.
About Cedar and Salt
Drawing insights from the sauna habits of Finland and Norway, Cedar and Salt is all about integrating sauna and cold immersion for optimal health benefits. With a mission to keep sauna experiences wild, the team is on a mission to spread happiness and health, one sauna session at a time.
The portable saunas are custom-made in New Zealand with stunning timber details, like the external rain screen made of Japanese cedar battens and New Zealand redwood forming the internal cladding.
